I am a Yorkshire-born artist based in London, working across ceramics, sculpture and craft. My practice is currently centred around my sense of place and how I can use materials to better understand where I am.

I work with clay and other materials sourced from the places important to me, using their physical and chemical properties to create a connection to the landscape. I am interested in transitional objects and materials that can exist between places, carrying something of where they came from with them.

Making is a way for me to understand these places and to stay connected to home. My work is hands-on and process-led, often exploring the space between functional objects, sculpture and craft.

I graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Fine Art – Sculpture & Environmental Art from The Glasgow School of Art and was awarded the Fresh Talent Prize at the British Ceramics Biennial in 2025
